we schedule live or telephone/skype interview with a caregiver

Yes, we schedule live or telephone/skype interview with a caregiver BEFORE she/he will start working and YES, if for some reason you don’t like what you hear or see during first interview you can request a different caregiver in most cases. We love our clients and believe that long term and live in cases should be properly initiated with a caregiver personality and skill set matching client needs.

If you like a caregiver during our first interview she will start working after a start date is confirmed by you and that would be the end of initiating a process phase.
